Q: Help! What I really want is the ship print but on a grey t-shirt and instead of the black ink I would like... can you... do this?
A: If this sounds familiar then send a message to info@betterstaytogether.com - let us know what print/top/design/combo you are interested in. We can easily mix and match t-shirt styles, ink colors and prints. If we can, we will!
Q: How should I care for my new top?
A: For the vintage recons, we recommend hand-washing your top and hanging it to dry. Special materials like silk will be labeled as such and should be cleaned accordingly. American Apparel tops can be put into the washing machine, but cleaning them by hand will increase their long and happy lives!
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We never share any of your personal information with anyone else ever. Never ever ever.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: To the USA and International locations we ship airmail, which takes about 6-10 business days to arrive anywhere in the world. Parcels come with insurance, but no tracking number. Shipping within Canada takes approximately 4-8 business days.
Q: How much does shipping cost? Will you combine shipping?
A: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your items. If you feel like your shipping cost is too high email us and we can confirm it for you.
Q: Free shipping over 150$? How does this work?
A: If your total comes to over 150$ and you live in the United States or Canada shipping will be free, free, free! Other international countries will have their total freight costs less 15$. International shipping can be more expensive, so it would be impossible to give it away completely free!
Q: Do you take returns?
A: We don't take returns if something doesn't fit! If you have any questions just drop us a line prior to making your purchase, we will do our best to answer any fit questions you may have. If there was an error in any measurements or other crucial details (on our part) we will of course take the item back and refund your money.
Q: Why should I shop here instead of Etsy?
A: You can shop here or on Etsy! Etsy is an amazing resource & we encourage you to shop at either site. At the Better Stay Together home site we offer slightly different products and will feature monthly sales as well as free shipping with orders over 150$ (USA & Canada)
Q: Why should I join your mailing list?
A: Better Stay Together is making it a priority to add new designs and vintage and printed and accessories as often as possible. We can let you know when we've added some new products. We won't email you every time we change something, but when 15 or so new items are added you'll be the first to know. With totally unique vintage & one of a kind pieces you don't want to be the last to know.
