Vintage 90's pleated black maxi skirt. Hey girl, it's your world: take a twirl! Endless styling possibilities take this from casual to fancy. Beautiful crisp and dramatic in luscious black. The fabric has a gorgeous sheen and weight. Sweet pleats that give this skirt it's feminine, puffy shape. Fully lined with a netted crinoline and a second inner liner to protect your skin from the netting. Zips and buttons at the back of the waist. The skirt was a bit loose on the model and was pinned at her waist.

In the photos the buttons are two different colors, but I have since replaced them with two black plastic buttons instead.
