Vintage 2000's low rise mini skirt. Medium weight stretchy fabric in a very early 2000's mini schoolgirl cut with pleats, button closure at the side, and an ultra low rise. Tiny shorts sewn in underneath. Some flaws, a light bleach mark on the side and some tiny elastics popping out of the fibers where the skort has been stretched. It is SO cute though, had to list. Well laundered and ready to wear.
